Jenn Stringer, MLIS, is UC Berkeley’s Chief Academic Technology Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Teaching & Learning. She is responsible for the strategic direction of academic computing and instructional technology support services at Berkeley.
Jenn has a long history of engagement with libraries and educational technology at both public and private institutions. Prior to Berkeley she was Director for Academic Technology Services at New York University and Director of Educational Technology at Stanford University School of Medicine. She received her MLIS from San Jose State University and a bachelor’s degree in history from UC Santa Cruz.
